Evrite Software Ltd do not provide additional support other than the Help manual and Help wizard provided with our Evrite Software Program.
Our FAQ (Frequently asked Question) section provides some answers including which reports you need at year end. Evrites FAQ section has been updated this year including software changes needed for the VAT rate change (17.5%).

Since Evrite Software's launch in July 2007 Evrite have made a couple of minor additions to the package including a detailed Income & Expenditure Report.

Version 4 is released
Sales Refunds are now included in the Weekly Accounts Section, 2 new Quick types have been added 'Money In from other Bank Account(s)" & "Money Out to other Bank Account(s), We made some minor modifications to the Profitability Grid, A warning message will now appear when user(s) export reports like the the Profitability Graph and the Financial Transactions Report to a spreadsheet program 'Basic file only - for use by experienced Microsoft Excel users' This was done for the benefit of people who might be unfamilier with Spreadsheet programs.

Application3 (Version3) of Evrite Software Package is released for public use, this latest update affects the VAT Return. On our previous version you had to end your VAT Return on the last day of the month. Now ESP caters for those of you who calculate your VAT weekly. ESP has the facility for entering a Saturday date for the period end, your new period would then start on a Sunday. The latest version of ESP also allows you to include purchases and sales transactions with EC Countries (European) on your VAT Return. (Most people will need to produce their VAT Return to the End of a month, if you are unsure about your VAT Return please contact HMRC)

The Evrite Software Package (ESP) has been designed with a step by step approach, building up user confidence to be able to manage your own accounts. This software has a 'pop up information facility' that will explain and guide you, no more reading thick user guides. The special design of Evrite Software is in its engine room, behind the screen, there hides a system that can grow with your Business needs, you can bolt on upgrades without losing its original familiarity, looks & feel.
Evrite Software Package (ESP) is available to download and test in it's demonstration Company for FREE - however when you decide you like ESP you will need to select Company Set-Up Interview and Apply for a License Key by either email, fax or post. This License key will last one year at an initial price of 127.50 + VAT = £149.81 inc VAT. each following year ESP will be £25 + VAT to renew your subscription, this covers ESP Software Support, Updates and a new License Key. Our prices are subject to annual inflation however Evrite Software have no current plans for any price increase of ESP.

Evrite have been accepted as members of BASDA. (Business Application Software Developers' Association) Evrite Software Limited gave a demonstration of the new Evrite Software Package (ESP) that is based on the 707 Traders Weekly Accounts book to the CEO of BASDA Mr Dennis Keeling. During the demonstration Mr Keeling said “I think this is a good entry level Accounts package and is ideal for new and small business because it is easy to use”.
