ESP (Evrite Software Package), with its Weekly Cash Book layout is ideal for any Small Business or Business Start-up (Shops, Pub’s, Builders, Plumbers & Hairdressers - etc). Takings can be entered daily just like most pre-printed Cash books. We have separated Standard Rate, Zero & Exempt Rate, etc. ESP can be used by any Cash Based Business, whether VAT registered or not. ESP has also been designed with a facility to print Quotations, Order Confirmations, Delivery Notes and a Basic Invoice.
The beauty of ESP is that it has a step by step approach giving new users the confidence to manage their own accounts. It has the added advantage of informing you when new versions of ESP are released, so you can download and install them at your convenience.

All our reports are simple and straight forward. ESP will also produce a VAT Return, Profitability Graph & Report. ESP can export Financial Transactions (Nominal Accounts Report) to your Microsoft spreadsheet program. ESP has a Bank Reconciliation section and the Pay Records area allows you to Store and Print your Staff Pay Records. The Goods Maintenance section allows you to print stock take sheets and store a description of your Stock (This is not a Stock control system).
